Allison's Gourmet Catering was established as a full service Catering and Event Planning company in 2002. Founded by Allison Vaux, a graduate of the Stratford Chef School; Allison's Gourmet Catering quickly became the premiere caterer of Milton. Doug and Barb Vaux assumed ownership in 2005. Joined by Chef Melita Nincevic in the spring of 2007, a delightful merge of Allison's culinary favourites and Melita's new delicacies had taken place.
