Stewart-Dalton Wedding 2008

Hello Barb and Doug and everyone else,

Just a note to thank you so much for your help Saturday night from the "father of the bride" at the Stewart- Dalton wedding.

I heard nothing but compliments about the service and the food. The wife of Professor David Corneil of the University of Toronto told Barnaby that they attend many weddings and have never had a better meal.

I truly regret my oversight in not mentioning the wonderful meal when I was speaking. Was too busy trying to do justice to our Chelsea, which is frankly impossible.

Would like to apologize again for my oversight in not ensuring that there was a table placed beside the arbour for the wedding party's official duties. Thanks so much to you for quickly solving the problem and allowing the marriage to begin!

We would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone else for any occasion. You handled everything with grace and aplomb.

When Chelsea eats any dish with a mushroom base, you know you are onto a great recipe!
